IMT offers Property Management services for single family homes, multi-family properties, apartment buildings, condominium complexes and commercial buildings.  We manage properties in southeastern Connecticut as well as southern Rhode Island. Our rental properties can be found in Norwich, New London, Groton, Montville, Taftville, Baltic, Sprague, Oakdale and Old Saybrook.  We currently service all of New London County and Westerly, Rhode Island.

Our services are tailored to fit your needs and management requirements.  We can handle 100% of your property management needs or just do a few “a la carte” services, we can help.  Please contact our office to set up an appointment to discuss your individual property management needs.

IMT performs a regular exterior inspection of the property on a bi-weekly basis with thorough internal inspections every six months.  We will complete a pre-rental inspection with photos as well as a final walkthrough at the end of the lease term or when a unit becomes vacant.


IMT uses a broad spectrum of marketing tools to ensure your property receives the greatest visibility possible.  Your rental unit/s will “go live” on the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service which is accessible to professional real estate agents and feeds into top real estate search engines such as Zillow, Trulia, and

IMT has over 20 years’ experience in property management and out managers are certified by CAMI.  Our knowledge of the local market allows us to negotiate the best rent return based on fair market prices.  Our job is to ensure that your investment pays off.  We actively pursue rent collection should your tenant fall behind, and we will handle the collection process all the way to eviction should that be necessary.
